Easy Pizza Casserole + Recipe

I recently stumbled across this recipe from Family Cook Book Project for an easy liquid pizza crust recipe, that makes a comforting and delicious pizza casserole, and it is so easy to make! Perfect for a lazy weekday night when you don't feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen. This recipe doesn't require any hand mixing, all you have to do is toss the ingredients into a shaker cup, screw the lid on and shake shake shake!

 2 eggs
2/3 C. milk
^ (I use water works just fine)
1 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
You can really add whatever seasoning you like. I like to add Garlic Pepper and Parsley.

Then pour the liquid into a greased casserole dish and top it with your desired ingredients. I like to spread the batter around to make sure it is even across the whole dish, then I top on red spaghetti sauce, sprinkle some cheese, layer on the pepperoni and peppers, (I added zucchini slices as well) then top with some more cheese and place into the oven. It's as easy as that and literally takes like 5 minutes to whip it all up. The cooking time is anywhere from 30-60 minutes...I give such a wide time range because all ovens are different, and the texture you desire is as well. I like for ours to be well done like a pan pizza, and my oven seems to cook slower so it tends to take near an hour for ours. But once it is done, it taste amazing. My husband calls it a Pizzagna because he said it makes him think of a lasagna that is pizza flavored lol. You can call it that I suppose =) Either way, it is an easy homemade meal that your family will love!

Feel free to let me know what ya think if you decide to make it!
